My weight was creeping up, so I started watching carbs last January. I am down 30 pounds am at my high school weight. I posted a pic awhile back in my navy uniform from 50 years ago.
My results came in from last week check up. Tri 99, hdl 52, ldl 107, chol 171.
I didn't get an interpretation of them, but I think they are ok. At least I didn't get a phone call.
