I’ll give you advice from the child’s point of view.
My parents divorced when I was 9. They both would constantly bash each other and communicate to each other through my sister and I.
25 years later mom isn’t over it. 25 years later Dad isn’t over it either. What’s your father/mother up to? Is a question I still get. I say I don’t know and if your that worried about it call him/her.
Can child protective services be called for a 34 year old yet?
I don’t know what caused your divorce but what I have seen in other cases is that the kids will eventually gravitate to the adult in the room.
