I have not experienced divorce. That said, my bible study group is currently going through a book that touches on some topics pertaining to this subject.

From the sounds of things it appears you are a Christian man. If this in fact the case, now is a good time to continue praying and ask for God's grace and guidance. Focus on being a great father to your son and being the kind of man you would like him to be one day. You are dealing with the loss of a loved one, tears are perfectly acceptable. Just do your best to be positive around your son and love those still in your life. Best of luck and I will be praying for you.
