Therapists may be good but costly and you have a network of friends here that really see the incredible of you and so will your Pastor. I like to see folks use a Pastor for what a Pastor is supposed to do and be. I get incredible support and encouragement from Joel Osteen omn the radio but he has actually contacted me and prayed with and for me. Jesus loves you and your family and He wants you all to live in his light and Glory.
Your high road approach gives me such hope and promise for your family.
