About 10 years ago, I went through a tough spot. Although I wasn't married, I walked in on the gf sleeping with another man.
I can tell you, it takes time to heal. In my case, it took years.
It's good that you are praying for him to be a good man. I find praying for someone you don't like, or praying for someone that did you wrong helps alot. It puts you in the proper state of mind to deal with it.
