    East Central SD | I monitor my sleep with my Apple Watch.  When I wear my CPAP I sleep better (95% or better).  Without it I'm always in the low 90's.  I would agree with others that it hasn't been a life changer but it definitely helps.  Before I would tend to end up in some strange positions and my body would ache and because I'm not tossing and turning now I don't have those issues any more either. |  |
