nw illinois | That production system could be put in place on high dollar ground and beat corn and beans especially if a specialty market was available. Just very few willing to take the risk or put in the effort. My point is that there is lower value ground available near depressed labor markets that should be more favorable to these types of operations. More favorable climate needed also.
