Well this will be quite the debate I'm sure. But first I raise a lot of pigs. They're all in doors. I used to raise a lot outside. I will say your pictures of the nice green grass and sunshine are true 2 months of the year, and half of those it rains or is 100*out. The is no way I would go back to pigs outside. The weather is too hard to battle I could never find enough help to do it. So to sum it up yes there is a market for it but I don't think it'll ever be large scale again in this country.
