Went through something similar when my kids were 9 and11. Thought it was the worse thing ever happened to me. Ended up being a blessing. Don't EVER badmouth the kids' Mom in front of them. Be an even better Dad than u think u are now. You will make it. And keep God in the picture. I could write a book about surviving divorce. E-mail is good. Stay strong
