North of London | I see you understand that religion does not stand up to logic.
Pointing out the inconsistencies and inaccuracies of the bible is not the same as rejecting it.
There are some good things in it but it is not all correct or good advice.
Even believers pick and choose what they wish to believe so do they 'reject' the bible when they fail to follow the commands to stone people or not wear mixed fabrics ?
I see you think if someone does not accept the teachings of some one proselytizing then they should just leave.
Is this because they have no evidence to back up their beliefs to use to persuade someone using critical thinking to reject fallacies of a religion?
For gosh sakes if the hamburger is poisonous call the health department and close the burger joint.
Get some samples and d some tests to PROVE it is poisonous.
Why would anyone believe someone off the street shouting poison?
Give me some hard facts and good evidence of a god, any god or that the stories in your bible are anything other than stories and I will believe.
But don't blame me if you can not prove the claims you make, evidence is required and no the bible is not evidence that the bible is accurate. | |
