sw ontario
Do you have a county or state drainage tribunal or mediator?

Farm I live on drains through the guy behind me ,landlordand his family are great his tenant is an axxhole, spoiled brat.

Don't want anymore farms that we need to depend on somebody else for an outlet.

Cost would be horrendous but you need a solid pvc main with gaskets like sewer/water lines.

Before litigation maybe list the issues and have a respected farm mediator meet and talk with the neighbor, sometimes being non confrontational gets better results than threats and lawyers....

Solution #2 , sell them your farm and buy a similar one with out issues
