Subject: Neighbors won’t fix their tile, what would you do?

NW Indiana
Bought a farm a couple years ago that the previous owner let the neighbor run a new 18in main through in 2015ish. Upon purchase I noticed it was broke down in the low ground before the levy on the ditch. It floods out 3-8 acres of my field from boiling out when the ditch is up. They came in in 2019 and completely replaced about 200 ft in this area as they had several junk spots in their field as well from settling. I watched them and pointed out several joints were not satisfactory, I was told they would be straightened before backfill which didn’t happen. Later in 2019 the first tile hole shows up, they fixed it. June 2020 we had a big rain and another blowout costing me 3-4 acres of beans. I called and was told it would be fixed. I called again a couple months ago and still not fixed. It is currently boiling out flooding my ground, luckily not planted to corn yet but would be at the end of the week if it wasn’t for their junk tile.
What would you do? With this 8 acres 250bu+ ground this could get costly this summer.
I’m about to the point of plugging it where it enters my farm until it is fixed.
Btw ADI tile company absolutely sucks.
