Did they pull the gaskets when they put them together - didn't know if you'd been around one when they were working on it? Joint shouldn't be crooked like that if it still has the gasket. Trees working on it? Lots of roots in the picture. Maybe the missed a rock on installation? How low and big is your low ground? Dare you put a relief well there and flood it out instead of your field or will that make things worse? Or maybe they should have put a sump in instead. Check Indiana drainage law before you block anything.
