North Dakota | We just have to follow these guidelines as it was -59.6 degrees below zero at a weather station near me a few days ago and over -30 F for several mornings in a row. At times we can be below zero for a high a month straight. So I realize other places further south just don’t need to be as stringent in how they construct homes. I have had my sewer line freeze in the past but dug it up and insulated it and have not had problems since. If we are going into a solar minimum as some have stated we all may be in for an unpleasant surprise. | |
