Texas | You have to realize how much of the population is completely clueless. Not just referring to Texas it is anywhere. I bet 75% of the people under 40 years old that didn’t grow up on a farm couldn’t even change a flat tire much less know what to do when water starts shooting out of the ceiling.
I heard a story of a plumber who was doing nothing but capping busted lines so the rest of the water could be turned back on and charging $300 to come do it and he is already booked up into March. | |
