Sorry, guess I should have added-we do 3-4 cuttings depending on the year. We want a self propelled because we only run 3 tractors and don't need a fourth. And it is a lot nicer to look forwards and cut.
If you have a SP, you already have the 4th tractor, it's just that you can't use it for anything else.
Looking forward to cut is a lot nicer, that's why my hay cutting tractor has 2 big mirrors. |
