Chilliwack, British Columbia
If you can find a nice used discbine, I recommend a Hesston. We have a 1345 that is 7 seasons old, never touched it. 12', with 110hp on front, we can easily cut 10 acres/hr. That 84 acres, how often do you cut it? Is that total or is that 84 times so many cuttings? We also do that many acres of hay, but cut all at once. So is a good sized machine. They make them in all sizes, so don't be worried about being too small to get into one. For $25,000 you can get into a really nice used 12-13' machine, maybe even a new one if the right deals are on.
