Subject: When to justify discbine?

Freedom, WI
Looking for some newer hay equipment and found a discbine relatively close for $36,000. I think the most we want to and can spend is $25,000. We also need to replace a tractor (IH 666), and want to add an 18 ft wagon (currently run 1980 Gehl 940's and Miller Pro 4100) and get a new rake (to replace the Duetz rotary rake we have now). The discbine is 15.5 feet and we want a 14 ft head. When do we justify the added cost of a dischead? We have 84 acres of hay this year (10 is new seeding) and run a 1495 New Holland. Discbine I found is a WDX1701 and sickle head machine would be an 8840 possibly 8870, NH 2450 or 2550, or Hesston 8400. 15 acres is the most we like to have down at one time because we can't chop that fast. What are your thoughts? We only milk 56, so it may be a bit overkill? What do you hay experts have to say?
