NW Iowa | I put a 3 ton unit in two years ago. 1 1/2 story, 1200 sq ft each floor, full insulated basement. I bought a new scratch & dent Climatemaster unit off ebay, bought the loops, pump, & reservoir locally, dug the loops in myself with an old excavator. Went somewhat overboard on the loops with 4 800 footers. I had slightly over $4000 invested after the electric company rebate and the income tax incentive. | |
