which with have more pounds of flour
which will have a higher LB. protein/NRG content

to me, i think what's inside, multiplied by the # of kernels per acre, counts more, when it comes to feed/food value.

we are buying selling corn/grains based on the outside of the substance i.e. bushels, and not considering protein/energy content.
