Just for the fun of it i have a riddle. Two hybrids each have a harvest population of 26000 ears per acre. Hybrid A has 12 rows of kernels with 40 kernels per row. Its kernel weight figures up to 75000 kernels per bu(56 lbs).
Hybrid B has 18 rows of kernels with 40 kernels per row. Its kernel weight figures up to 120000 kernels per bu.
Hybrid A has a test weight of 49# and B 54#. Both hybrids tested 15 % moisture.
The question is what is the calculated yield of each hybrid?
