People today's diets are very interesting. But depending on the food involved, some do contain much less nutrient wise than in the past. Ie apples to apples comparison.



home raised eggs vs Walmart eggs comes to mind otherwise i don't buy all foods are 40% less nutritious, too many variables with the processed/convenience food that too many use for their main diet now vs pretty raw diet back then.

how does one handle an infestation of armyworms and other pests in covers? every system has problems, beans freezing off in notill is a concern here, I had to replant no till beans 2 out of 5 times, right to the row of tillage, planting later=lower yields and makes the economic impact from a fall freeze higher.
