Corn is food. It's been a staple food for 9000 years. Anyone that tells you it isn't food is wrong.

I make Tortillas and chips from own corn. I've made baked soybeans and soy nuts, and also made oatmeal from my oats.

I stopped caring about feeding the world in 2016 and 2017 when The world funds decided to drive commodity prices lower than they should have gone. I farm to make money and feed my family.

Just because a farmer is like the majority of the world population and would rather cook something easy than soaking drying milling and making their own corn chips doesn't make it any less a food.

How did you do the oatmeal? I thought about it when we grew oats, but I couldn't figure out any practical way to deal with the hull.
