This is how I did it. I watched that video years ago and decided I've got a lot of corn. Once you have the masa you can make tortillas and chips or tamales. Every Mexican and latin American grocery has calcium hydroxide in packets for like 75 cents around here.

Edit. I'm not selling tortillas. Just feeding my family. I was the second bidder on a commercial tortilla machine once so it has crossed my mind.
