The JD 635F has a full flexing cutterbar, and will cut closer than the Macdon FD70 draper flexhead, that is a given. That difference alone will
allow the Deere to save more beans. I have seen fields cut with a Macdon, where the Deere hydraflex, could have gone in and harvested
1-2 bus. per acre, due to the higher cut left by the Macdon. I am not thinking the operator would have wanted the Deere to go in,
but the sloppy high cutting job was apparent.
