South Eastern ,ILL
Wheat77 ,seems you're obviously a Deere 635F fan. This could be great
News for you. I live close to two JD dealers , both of which have an abundance of used 630's and 635F's, they are scared to death they
have to eat, so your supply of one & two year old bargains are ever present around here. Also the CIH dealer is the largest MacDon dealer
In the USA,he will also sell you a Deere header very cheap, he has a dozen to choose from. I'm doing some custom work right now because
the beans are short due to the drought , and his auger header feeds in
bunches = slugs his feeder house. The draper header feeds the machine
like a thrashing crew did, the crop goes in head first. My dad always said if you want to see a crew boss get upset, just throw some crop in
the machine anyway but head first! Same principle. If the 635F works for
you ,keep driving one, but for me ....no thanks.
