anyone here that says a draper won't pay has obviously not run one. I was skeptical too until I ran one. Now you couldn't run fast enough to give me an auger head. I firmly believe the draper will more than pay its way. Reel is higher , not down in beans, no auger and fingers to send beans flying, start earlier, run later, more even feeding which means slugs won't overload screens putting beans out the back.
Please explain to me how a flex draper is going to help save beans
