I'm sure this has been posted several times but love to hear everyones input. Where are you cutting costs/inputs in 2019, to hopefully be able to maintain same yields and maximize profitablilty. Mine is knowing my chemicals not spending 50 dollars an acre in herbicide, using generics, and finding cheaper seed. Also, I see some GPS and guidance systems online for 25-30k. No wonder people go broke and cant make ends meet. Keep it simple people! Just my 0.02.

Thanks,
Billy Peltner

WE are not cutting anything as we want max production-you need top yields when things are tighter-only takes 15 bushel of corn to pay those things you cut out. Plus with gps can run longer days and still be rested-I guess no hired help, that should save around $40,000-and trying to be more efficient with time

Bingo guys that don't run GPS just don't understand how much efficiency it adds due to lack of operator fatigue.
