Are you saying income improves by $50-100 or expenses decline by that much? NDSU puts the South Valley area at $529. Out of that the areas you are targeting account for $203 of that(Seed, Fert). You are able to save 25%-50% just by simple VRT and soil sampling. Calling BS on that.
