What I do not understand is folks talk about cutting costs when things get tight. If your business is managed properly you maximize your return even when times are good.

I have my direct input costs as low as I feel I can... and have for a long time. Rent, unforeseen repairs/expenses, and poor timing of some capital improvements or major purchases (land opportunities) are what have me stretched thin atm. |
