When corn is 7 dollars and beans are 13, you're gonna spend more money per acre. You're gonna experiment and try things you normally wouldn't because you can afford to. You have a great market price to back up a mistake. When margins are slim I.E. 8 dollar beans. guys are sticking to their bread and butter using what they know works, not pouring money into an acre.
Where are you cutting costs??
