In the locations where tillage is used to dry soil for spring: is that ground typically tiled? Or is tile an option?

ALL land owners in Minnesota think their ground is tiled. Of course that bottom has a main through it.

And then ya go where tile plows are built and tiled field is 25-30' spacings..... And no till is more common of a practise..... hmmmm?
