| Really? Does a farmer lose his job if he decides to not use a chemical? Can a farmer run his own chemical trials to determine what works best on his farm without losing his job? Can a farmer then use this knowledge to use the most effective chemicals for his farm without losing his job? Is it true that chemical treatments vary widely between different areas or does the government mandate that only 3 chemicals, very similar in nature, are used? Actually, not only that they are used but actually mandated that they HAVE to be used? Can a farmer choose to use alternative measures for disease and pest management without losing his job?
I think your own theory has some very big holes in it.
