If you look at the statistics about who got vaccinated and who didn’t, almost all doctors got the shot while fewer nurses got it. I’ll leave you to debate the importance of education in making the decision to get vaccinated, but I can say for certain that nurses are more closely rooted in their community and influenced by their social circle than doctors. The misinformation machine has a bigger effect on them. I expect it’s also partly a reaction against being a small cog in a big machine. Of course the machine doesn’t run without the small cogs, but it’s easy to convince someone that they are being controlled (they are) and they should be mad about it.

I value anything a nurse says or does over a doctor. Nurses are the ones actually doing the work, taking care of people. See what works and what doesn't, corrects doctors when they screw up, catch things doctors miss.

Misinformation machine? You believe 600,000 people died because of the Rona, even after they told you how they are collecting the "information" you are truly something else.

I'm pretty sure if I need surgery, I'd rather have the surgeon do it than the assistant. If I break an arm, I'd like the orthopedic dr set it and not the xray tech. If I need an eye exam, I'd rather have the Dr do it instead of the eye glass maker.

Dr's have at least 5x the training of a nurse before they turn them loose. When it comes to a life threatening issue, I'll take my chances with a Dr. I love nurses and are thankful for them, but there are limits to their field of view. Just like farming, you'd be better off talking with an agronomist in your immediate area about what's working vs asking me what's working for me on my soils.
