Then Jim said to Jay-did you order them?-Then all three said there's to big of a crowd---------------Jim looked me in the eye-Gary did you order the candy bars? Why yes I did-a round of applause and bought 71 head of heifers-The lady brought me back $24 dollars of change-from my 100-was best $76 I ever spent-Have had a lot of thank's for the candy bar from guy's there that day-and actually got to know some I never knew. They sold my neighbors background steers the 8th -a young man that grew up working for me and Friends to Adam and myself-He now is service manager in Denison for my brother's store-his steers weighed 825 and brought around $1200 a head-I think they might have topped the sale-we have been selling him silage and helping with his rations- | |
