During that time, I was responsible for sourcing the cattle, dealing with the bank, doing the risk management, and making the selling decisions, as well as doing the nutrition work, so it was more than just an investment. To me the second question is very easy: because we are able to cash in on the demand for U.S. beef in foreign countries; and we come out ahead. |
