I have a choice of several WI state inspected or USDA inspected processors to use. They are both very thorough - and needed - if the consumer is going to have confidence in our products. Very little difference in cost. Differences are mostly caused by size of the facility and options such as vacuum packing. Let's not throw out the baby with the bathwater! |
