Subject: All the talk about fish

Texas
It got me to thinking about the what if’s, if a person went on a fish diet (wild fish only) for a month or two. Lots of olive oil included. The fish cannot be fried and no breading allowed. And drink mainly water for the entire duration. You would be allowed to eat fruit and drink fruit juices if desired.

So lots of wild salmon, sardines, mackerel, anchovies and whatever else you like. If you buy canned fish it must be in olive oil and no salt added. But make certain that mercury content is very low in the fish consumed. Might want to avoid tuna.

For a healthy person, I’m curious what positives might be noticed.
