The funny thing about shrimp and lobster was I never cared for them. While everyone else smacked their lips I would go for the chicken breast.

That all changed this year. Friends made some Maine lobster Rockefeller with the lobster claw meat. Wow, it was great. Another friend brought large peel and eat shrimp. They were great and yet another friend made Jambalaya. I liked it too. These foods 14 months ago I would have went out of my way to avoid.

My only explanation is since I got off the sugar/carbohydrate rich diet, my taste buds changed.

Oh no! That means it will no longer be cheap for me to eat at a restaurant. :-)
