Nc Ks. | Nicest thing I like at age 60 is not having to go up and down stairs. Got a ranch style with enough room on main floor for everything we wanted. Put it on a full basement which will remain unfinished as long as we live here. Did that for ease of getting to plumbing, furnace and ductwork, strage etc. Next owners when we're gone will have a large area to add to living space if they desire. | |
