they can only fight the disease if it is in your body BUT with a vaccine your body begins to fight it quickly before it gets much of a start at making you really sick
I think the evidence is not sufficient to say you could not shed the virus even with a vaccine but if it keeps you from getting sick then any shed will be minimal if at all.
Now lets look at the other option, no vaccine and you become infected.
Now you will definitely shed virus and lots of it, by all indications before you even know you are sick with Covid or maybe you will never get sick enough to show any symptoms but you will still be spreading covid to all those who you come near and the virus is free to continue to replicate in your body for days with lots of possible mutations which can lead to more serious disease.
That is why vaccination is the answer to stopping this virus and getting back to normal. | |
