Good luck on your endeavor, you’ve got the right state of mind.
Most producers have decided they want nothing to do with the retail marketing of their products and there is no shortage of people willing to do it for them and take all the profits and then some for the efforts. Even most “farmer owned” crops have failed their original purpose in this aspect.
