The best diet change I've made in the last couple years is 2-3 eggs and some sausage every morning. Many on here will skip breakfast completely. While I agree there's probably some merit to fasting if your looking for weight loss. I just couldn't physically do it. If I eat a good protein based breakfast, I find I'm not reaching for that granola bar at 10am. I try to put some meat with every meal.

I hear you on the peanut butter. That and ice cream are my weakness's. I don't drink pop. Cup of coffee every morning and I drink lots of water. I just looked at a 17oz bottle of sprite in our fridge left over from a camping trip. 53 grams of added sugar. The skippy "natural" in the cupboard has 3 grams in a 2 tablespoon serving. I figure the sugar in peanut butter is the least of my worries.

I always use to skip breakfast too, now I eat a rather large breakfast, ham and eggs, some oatmeal with whey protein in it, milk and maybe a banana or orange, I do meat every meal too, as for peanut butter pb2 is a dry form with far less calories and fat, I put it in my coffee sometimes for a little extra protein, I haven't tried it any other way yet. I use to love skippy super chunk pb but don't have any desire to have it anymore. I don't think it was that bad, just calorie intense for the serving size.

I gave up sugary drinks and also diet drinks a long time ago, although I do drink some Gatorade 0 in the summer, also have a couple beers a day! I don't want to get to healthy! lol
