Subject: improper nutrition

Pittsburg, Kansas

mjl - 7/18/2020 11:10 I feel bad for people that are in misery from improper nutrition, it doesn't have to be that way and they don't have to be hungry all the time,

Absolutely!

And the sad part of it is, at least with some people, they may think they are eating healthy but unknowingly actually doing themselves harm.

I respect peoples choices to eat whatever they want. That is and should be their freedom of choice. But if they are are trying to eat healthy but are misled by outdated and damaging guidelines that is intolerable.

That is why I post what I do. If people have the knowledge to make an informed decision I think at least some of them will make a better decision. Me when I was 20? Wouldn't have gave it a second thought. Would have eaten what I wanted and liked (and did), damn the consequences (and paying the price now). But as we age and see the end game coming some of us would like a better life without a lot of health problems leading up to that end game.

I want to still be scuba diving when I am 80 (66 right now). Before I changed diet I figured about 70 and it would be over for me. With my improved health I see no reason I will not make it to 80 or beyond.

John
