coast of Maine | I hate to tell you but you need to can the Jif,it is full of added sugar last I knew.They do make it with out.Not jif but others peanut butter,sunflower butter,almond butter,cashew cheese,all can be found with out sugar.That being said I just had a slice of homemade cherry pie,,,once a year its made ,,,,I wont die but at least I am aware so I had to.
