Subject: change comes about slowly

Pittsburg, Kansas

Probably not. The numbers can change surprisingly fast if you change your diet drastically. Dave Feldman has shown that he could alter his cholesterol numbers drastically by what he ate three days prior to the blood draw.

"This experiment demonstrates how cholesterol is highly influenced by diet in an extremely short time frame."

He dropped his LDL over 100 points in 7 days with only diet change.
Cholesterol "is a passenger, not a driver."

Most of what we have been taught about cholesterol has been wrong. We can either keep living based on flawed information or embrace change and realize as science advances we need to advance with the new knowledge. For the most part people do not like to change. What we learned 30 years ago we still want to be true today. We can either ignore what we learn through scientific research and keep making the same mistakes, or embrace new knowledge and make the changes needed. Most people will want to stick with the familiar, even if it is wrong. Just the way the world works. It will take a new generation to make the changes. Maybe your kids.
