Just throwing my hat in the ring.... Some what local farm has their own milk cheese etc. Problem with fluid milk is the jugs! If you can't get enough milk jugs to put milk in how you suppose to sell it? One person said "just have people bring their own jug" well in a perfect world fine but that can't happen from a sanitation stand point.
