North Central Illinois | Only way to administer would be ration stamps like were used in WWII. I certainly hope the panic shopping doesn't last long enough to necessitate that.
Local Walmart was sold out of flour and sugar when I put in an order for pickup today. Not a big deal to me, as I only buy a bit of white flour to make baked goods a little lighter. I'll just have to go all whole wheat in the meantime. I get whole wheat flour from a local mill by the 25 lb bag. | |
