Serving sizes on the label don't mean a whole lot. Do an experiment sometime, and prepare your normal serving of a variety of foods, and then measure it. I think you'll be surprised.
Example: serving size for steak is 3 oz. So, a decent sized real life serving is 2 to 4 "servings".
