I understand the constraints, But I would think if any company has the resources to make it happen it is Walmart. They apply the pressure to make things happen.
I do not have a link to the milk dumping only what read on here. Sounds like milk prices suck though. I can't help but wonder if they took away the rationing rules if our prices paid for fats and milk would go up.
